In 2011, after a lot of work and learning, I released THE FED-UP PARTY and debuted Sonic Snafu as an indie-folk act. In the ten years since then, I’ve been very fortunate to enjoy a following online and subsequently release three more albums, but have always been bothered by the fact that the first one barely had any of the arrangements I’d wanted, to say nothing of much technical skill on my part.

I would have preferred this restored, anniversary version to be a remix rather than remake, but the original recordings were in such a bad state as to make this impossible. Instead, I did my best to keep the new recordings true to what would have been done the first time, had I been able to.
